How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order
You will receive a proof within 24-48 business hours after you have placed your order and submitted your photos. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, Monday will be your first business day. Once your proof is approved and payment is received in full, your order will be sent to print and shipped within 2-3 business days of approval. Normal shipping via USPS Priority, a 2-3 day ship. This time may be extended during the Holiday Season so please plan accordingly.
Will I Be Able To View My Announcement Before It's Sent To Print
Yes. You will be able to view a proof within 48 business hours after you have submitted the order form and your photos. Upon viewing your proof you are welcome to make as many changes as needed. We DO NOT CHARGE extra for additional email proofs. Once we receive your approval we will send your order to print. Orders will not be sent to print without your approval.
What Type Of Paper Are Your Announcements Printed On
Our announcements are professionally printed on a beautiful Kodak Endura Lustre Coated Paper, the same photographic quality used in our PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO. The Mounted 4x6 and The Mounted Square Card are then mounted to 110 lb. white card stock for a strikingly beautiful matted finish.
Exceptional print quality that cannot be matched by any matte or glossy photograph printed at a one hour photo lab.
These are real photographs that will last a lifetime.
How Do I Submit My Photo's To You
Digital photos can be sent as jpgs, psd or tiff format. To achieve the best print quality your image can offer, please set your digital camera to it's largest image size. 300 dpi or a pixel size of no less than 1200x1600 is best. If for any reason we feel that your digital image will not produce satisfactory print results, we will contact you to discuss your options
If you are mailing your photo, please have your photo printed on glossy paper.
If you are scanning your photo, please scan at no less than 100% at 300 dpi. Please be sure to crop out the scan bed prior to scanning.
If at anytime you have questions regarding your photo's, please feel free to contact us or email us your baby's photos. We will be happy to take a look at them for you to see if they will be suitable for our announcements.
Should I Crop My Photos Before I Send Them
We prefer that you send the original photo's uncropped, uncompressed and without any color conversion. You are welcome to send along instructions with your photos if you have cropping or color preference. Your photo's will be cropped, color corrected and transformed to black and white or sepia tone for you by our photo experts at no additional charge.
My Baby Has Acne and Scratches on Her Face, Can You Fix That
Yes. We will apply all touch ups to your baby's photo's at no extra charge.
Can I Use A Professional Photograph
Yes, but we MUST receive a signed copyright release form from your photographer. Your order WILL NOT be processed until we receive this form.
Are Envelopes Included With My Order
Yes. You will also receive one extra envelope per 25 announcements.

We accept credit cards via PayPal (Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX) or we can take your credit card information over the phone. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

Simply give us a call or email us, let us know the quantity you need to reorder. We can either send you a payment link via email or accept your credit card over the phone. You can also send your reorder request and check or money order via snail mail.
Do You Ship Outside of the United States
Yes. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the U.S.
What If I'm Not Happy WIth My Order
We stand behind our product 100%. If you are not happy with your announcements, we will either address your concerns and reprint your order or you can return your order for a full refund minus shipping. Orders must be returned in full prior to your refund.
